The new MC Series has made its debut among our Robo-Sticky line of devices that remove dust from board surfaces using cleaning rollers and cleaning tape. The MC Series features cleaning rollers that are driven without the use of gears and belts, instead adopting the MDC-drive method, which drives the cleaning rollers in a contactless manner and functions as a measure to prevent the generation of dust in the device. And like our conventional cleaning machines, this new series continues to be effective in thin boards, but it also offers further improved operability and serviceability.Has this happened to you?
Does your ROBO-STICKY shake when boards pass through it? This happens due to the difference in speed between the ROBO-STICKY and the adjoining devices in front and rear. This also causes a reduction of the dust removal effect for the board and damages the ROBO-STICKY as well as the devices in the front and rear.
